If a pvt. ltd. company (marketing company) has its registered office in Delhi and has its sales staff in various states then what should be the minimum wage offered to the employee?
Whether it should be of the state in which company is registered or minimum wage should applicable as per respective states.

According to states requirements,but if they have been appointed in Delhi and have field work in other states but final reporting to Delhi and there is no branch/office in states then Delhi's minimum wages to be Paid.
