Hi Shubhangi,
two diffrent slab for male and female 1,10,000 for male and 1,50,000 for female.
e.g. XYZ(male) employee having salary of 3.4k P.A.
slab of IT calculation 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 = 10%
1,50,000 to 2,50,000 = 20%
2,50,000 and above = 30%
step1:- diffrence between 1,10,000 to 1,50, 000 is 40,000 so you can calculate 10% on 40k
Step 2:- difference between 1,50,000 to 2,50,000 is 1,00,000 so you can calculate 20% on 1,00,000.
step 3:- difference between 2,50,000 to 3,40,000 is 90,000 so you can calculate 30% on 90,000
Step 4 :- calculate all %amt devided by 12. remaining is monthly tax amt
