I want to know the difference in a confirmation letter as per the following scenarios:

1. After 3 months of the probation period, the employee is successfully confirmed.

2. The employee is confirmed after an extension in the probation period.

What will be the change in the confirmation letter in both conditions, as one employee was good, confirmed in 3 months, and the second took time to show his performance and get confirmation after 6 months.

Kindly guide me on how we will accommodate them in both conditions. Your guidance is required.

Dear Muralidhar,

Thank you for your suggestion. I would like to clarify my point that we have a standard probation period of 3 months. The issue arises when an employee is not confirmed within the initial 3 months and is given an extension in the probation period due to unsatisfactory performance. What will be the difference between a regular confirmation letter and a confirmation letter after the extension?
