We are in need of a General Check up as we are a new company just (10 Months of Operation) and in need of Fitness Certificates for staff
Please clarify as we should contact a doctor or lab conducting tests as validity of Certificate is very important
we belong to an Automobile Car Dealership in a small town-Rohtak in haryana

Dear Nisha,
As per the Factories Act medical examination shall be conducted and endorsed by Authorized MBBS doctor only, for all permanent and temporary employees who is working for your organization. Labs are used only for the medical tests which are prescribed by the doctor. Any abnormalities found u should evidence what are the action taken, as suggested by the doctor.

They can offer you Annual Medical examination for all employees, Even you can approach Sunflag Superspeciality Hospital and Trauma Centre or Pandit Bhagavat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Science HR Department, who can route you to their Marketing division, who can offer you their services as per your requirement.

Recently the Factory Inspector visited as a BOCW Inspector to our construction Site and asked for Vision Test report for all Crane Operators. When I produced the same duly signed by a General Physician, he insisted that the vision test must be conducted by the Ophthalmologist and not by general physician.
So our members can make a habit of sending the Drivers and operators to Eye Hospital while employing them.
