I second Mr. Pon and wanna say that this also depend on individual performance e.g to an employe at what percentage of increment his/her BOSS/Supervisor feel can be offered or wud be better on account of "Performance Appraisals"
For example : Management has decided to give increment to their employee between 10 to 15 %, subsequently the job of Bosses/Supervisors is to recognize to whom they can appraised by 10%, 12% or 15 % based on their performance..

Dear Sir,
Some organizations will sanction annual increments to its employees cadre wise (Min.10% to 25%) as per paying capacity.
Some Companies will see the performance and rate and sanctions annual increments as I said above . Even in same cadre, the increments will differ from
person to person according to his contribution.
