want to know how to finalize the yearly increment in the manufacturing unit.other than the performance appraisal. any particular slab for white collar employees, say that for managers higher slab, for executives lower slab. pl. help to finalize the yearly increment.

it is based on the company's performance of business and not only that we can get the idea from the TOP MGT peoples & BOD's clearence also, then only we can implement the new salary scheme. Its not easy job & not deciding by ourself rather the company is to us.......................
