how to measure CTC?: Sum of all the above components is CTC (Cost-to-Company)
On which basis we should calculate HRA and other allowances?: Usually Basic is calculated as 40% or 50% of CTC. And HRA is calculated as 50% of Basic.
For other questions, it is better to take an online Payroll Management System. Working on Manual excel sheets is always prone to mistakes.
