Looking forward your views & Thoughts to handle a problematic people in a team or Company. Problematic people in the sense who always pork their nose into others work, making criticism about others work, creating unnecessary argument or noise in the work place. Let us find out the effective way to handle them. looking forward the collective effort to find out the mechanism.

This comes under disciplinary process.
Investigate about these people, take statements from other colleagues regarding the issues created by them. Invite these people to meeting. Give them counselling, explain them that this is a disciplinary issue.
Issue them with verbal warning. Inform them that this will lead to written warning if this behavior continues and if on written warning no bonus, no promotion etc. After written warning if there is no change final written warning. If no change dismissal. Paper work in every meeting is important, take notes of the meeting and give a copy to that employee and take signature that he received a copy of meeting notes.
Explain the disciplinary process to employee and take his signature on paper statement that he was made aware of the process and he understand the consequences.
