It is not clear from your query whether you are having your oqn leave policy and if so whethr thesiad policy is silent on this aspect or whether you are following the one in the Facatories Act or Shops Act. Howevr, in my view, in the absence of any policy on this is subejct, you have to include all componenets of the salary except tose which like bonus or over time which are not uniforml and not universally payable to all employees.
