This is to bring to your kind notice that the ECR pertaining to wages for the month of 03-2012 was inadvertently filed wrongly. It was the first month of this ECR, and instead of the member ID, we had only put serial numbers.
We kindly request your assistance on how we can amend the aforementioned ECR monthly return that has already been submitted.
We are awaiting your early response.

There is a provision on the e-sewa page that you can cancel your earlier ECR if wrongly uploaded and reload the correct one. Also, your ECR challans, if uploaded, have a validity period of only 15 days. Thereafter, the uploaded ECR file expires, and you have to re-upload the fresh.
