Greetings from Rupali!!
I am working in a website designing company. A few months back, we had around 25-30 employees in our company, so we got our company registered for PF, as according to my knowledge, a company with 20+ employees need to get registered for PF. Now, due to certain reasons, the number of employees have got reduced to 10. Is there any way we can withdraw the registration so that the employer and employees don't have to pay for it.
Assistance will be highly appreciated.

Can I please have an answer to this.... as this is a bit urgent...
Just want to know, is it possible to take back the nomination we have done for Provident fund, in case the number of employees is less than 20 now, and we are not expecting the number to increase till atleast an year.

u just give letter to PF rgional office stating that our employees are reduced in our 30 to 10,so we are unable tp pay the amount and we stop paying the amount on your guidelines and we will pay the amount in future if employees rises above 20 in ur company.
