Dear Seniors,
Kindly guide me on difference between "Leave during Calender Year i.e. Jan-Dec" and "Leave during Financial Year i.e. Apr-Mar".
In organization we are practicing "Leave during Financial Year i.e. Apr-Mar".
Shall we go a head and change it to Calender Year?
If, yes, then how it will benefit the organization..?
I need your valuable inputs on the same, as have to execute action on this accordingly.

Dear Kaushambi there will be no benefit either loss to the company as the leave records will be precise if changed to calendar year as Jan-Dec instead of Apr-Mar
1. you can clearly say to the Employer stating it will be difficult to update the leave details in form 15 (Leave with wages Register) accordingly every year
2. For payroll purpose the leave management system will be precise and easy to explain to the Employees
3. The calculation of F&F, Leave En-cashment etc will be precise..
I hope your queries have been answered if there is some other question's please let me know..
