Terms and Condition will be coming or originate from your side. In this way, you have control to set rules.
It is common for foreign manpower agencies to have their set of rules attached to their government. And that you cannot change.
You have to visit also your government in charge of incoming foreign labors to check what rules you have in hiring foreign manpower.
Inside a contract ( Terms and Conditions ), you have to compose this in a way that its winning from your company and same from the foreign employee.
We've been hiring skilled and professional labor from Philippines, Nepal, Pakistan, and India.
After their evaluation, believe me, few are not really skilled and professional.
So be careful in making terms and condition. You have to set the rules in a way your in-charge.
We do sent representative from countries we're hiring, just to make sure we get the right experience person we need.
