Hello good morning i am working for a large group of company which has 30 different types of business. salary and benefit packages are market standard considering business types. i have to pay 2030 higher salary when i am recruiting new employees from market. the main challenge is i also need some alternative solution for existing employees who are getting slower growth due to long time continuation with company & under annual increment policy. eventually they are becoming demotivated. expecting some ideas thanks in advance

Long working hours is beneficiary to org. or creates stress more politics etc?? i am in a company where 10 hours is the minimum working hour to all officers in a day. i have seen people were gossiping in the last hour or two & waiting for the completion of 10 hour. as per my observation most of the topic is related to back biting towards other which results unhealthy enviornment of the org. please provide me the best solution for that... regds.. kk
