Dear All
One of our contract labour put the medical bill of his employee & argue with HR about medical test of his employee.
During the contract agreement we are not adding clause of medical test or medical report to submitting to us & he say it’s all suggest by authority.
My question is that can we are sanction this medical bill amount or not?.
Kindly help me from this issue

First of I am very thankful to your reply……………the problem is that
Due to shortage & scarcity of contract labour supply company management willing to continue their contract & contact not need to continue with above said way (It is no need to pay, if not added in clause.)
And asking for medical bill payment otherwise contractor issue termination notice to company & more things he said “it’s statutory
to examine employee health under the labour laws ” therefore your have to pay
Plz. guide me in above things
