I worked at a mnc call center or bpo as my first job.
I worked as a car.
Company norms stated that a minimum notice of 1 month was required for relieving from job.
I put down my resignation letter and could not serve the notice period.
The reason was due to family medical emergency that occurred that was followed by 2 demises in a gap of less than a year.
It was more than 10 years ago that I worked for the company.
I worked for a US Process.
Company name was Siemens shared services.
I have been given a termination letter to the effect.
Company is relocated and the name is changed to Siemens information services.
Due to this reason my work experience is not considered.
My resume indicates a gap in it due to which I am deprived of professional experience recognition.
Is there any way that my termination letter be corrected as a relieving letter.
