Would like to know something about leaves. in case of cl & el is sunday counted as weekly of or leave has to be adjusted against that. for eg: an employee applies for a cl on saturday & monday is sunday considered as weekly off or he has to put a cl on sunday also? regards vidya

Hi ours is a small company. if an employee takes off on saturday as well as monday should his salary for sunday be deducted? i mean if he takes leave in continuity...should his salary for sunday be deducted. saturday is a working day for us. please help.

Dear all sunday is weekly holiday in my company. my question is that if any employee takes leave on saturday & monday should company pay him for sunday? another one is if a employee takes leave for a month and there is 3 paid holidays festivals in the respective month. would the employee be eligible for those 3 days payment. however there is no any cl & pl in my company. kindly reply. regard urgy
Employee taking un-approved leaves on every saturday - how to get them to stop?
Hi i want to ask if any employee purposely took off on saturday because he knew sunday is a week off. so there any provision we can penalize him by deducting sunday as leave? i know sunday is a week off why i am asking this because in same month 1 of our employee took off on 3 saturday s it showing a pattern. i will be grateful if someone guides us on how to stop any employee from taking off every saturday. on the other hand the employee is a nonperformer.
