Hi to all i seek help from my all colleagues overhear to " draw succession plan for a bank/ financial institution with regard to the following. succession planconcept module and its requirement in a bank/ financial institution. what are the necessary requirement factors need to be considered in succession planning like education experience skills diversity etc.? the hierarchy in bank is like.. ceo sevp evp svp vp .... the succession planning is needed only for these levels. the bank/ financial institution has the segmentation of.. corporate finance dev treasury operation dev credit adman dev portfolio/ equities dev internal audit dev hr dev finance/accounts dev it dev law dev compliance dev etc.. each division is headed by evp svp level position owever down the line there are gaps in hierarchy.. can there be a way to describe succession plan in a chart / graph like organograms are drawn.. urgent help/ support is needed since i have to prepare a report for board of directors for its meeting on27605. best regards maced

Dear all greetings i m working in an automotive industry. i want to go for succession planning. one of the major constraint i face is budget as my company don t spend on external trainings; it s very seldom here. my question is is it necessary to go for formal behavioural test? isn t it ok if we grade them on their competencies after conducting their interviews? kindly help.
