You can surely give a try for HR Generalist role as you have a good exposure in Recruitment with 3 years of experience it is not that difficult to find one.
Also when recruitment is one of the important function of HR, then any company will consider your profile for the role you are looking for.
You must also have sufficient knowledge about HR like its functions, role and its responsibilities in an organization because your experience alone will not be counted but your knowledge in it matters a lot.

Naqheeba here & my Query is, I do have an experience of 2 years into End-to-End recruitment, should i continue the same to have a growth in my career & gain stability or i have a thought of moving my career into HR Generalist too, how would this help me.
