Dear All,
Need some information about Core HR and HR generalist in a organization.
Am a graduate with 3 yrs of experience in to recruitment. Now, I thinking to change my career in to Core HR/ HR Generalist.
Companies will consider my profile for this positions?

You can surely give a try for HR Generalist role as you have a good exposure in Recruitment with 3 years of experience it is not that difficult to find one.
Also when recruitment is one of the important function of HR, then any company will consider your profile for the role you are looking for.
You must also have sufficient knowledge about HR like its functions, role and its responsibilities in an organization because your experience alone will not be counted but your knowledge in it matters a lot.
