Hi,
I am in need of a template or format of Notice Period Extension letter to inform all our employee's that their notice period will be extended from 15 days to 30 days.
Kindly Suggest/Help. This would be a great help.

Dear Sir

Sub :- Increase of notice period- termination of contarct of service/resignation

We invite the attenetion of all the employees presently in service of the company to clause/rule no.......of XYZ company Employees Service Rules /appointment letter where by an employee can terminate the contarct of service by serving a notice of 15 days. However, it has been decided by the company to increase the period of notice from 15 days to 30 days with immediate effect.

The Departmental Heads are requested to bring the contents of this circular to all the employees concerned and obtain their signature on the acknowledgement as token of acceptance of the revised condtion and for ward teh same to Manager-HR for records.
