Dear Vijay,

Firstly, count the no.of women employees you have on board to attend this eve. Also you ensure whether you would want to invite men staff for these celebrations and accordingly you may plan. This list of participants gives you better idea about how to organize, Budgeting, seating arrangements so-on and so-forth.

After you make the list of participants ready with you; try to invite one Well known Lady Doctor form Hospitals and try to organize a Health talk with them for your employees. This helps in building their confidence and strength (employees can also sense that you are taking care of their health).

Please organize some one minute games wherein you can help them playing for some time and get them relaxed from routine stress. After that can arrange cake cutting ceremony followed by light refreshments.

If you have more budget, try to get small gifts to all the women employees and honor them.

you can also plan the same event in any good resorts etc.

Hope this suggestion is helpful for you.

Have a joyful-day on Womens day

Best Regards
