Plz share KRA filled format. We have to create PMS so require KRA format with e.g

But you not supposed to ask this format with complete KRA If you are an HR personnel or as you have said above that you are gonna "Create PMS" This is Employees responsibility to complete PMS form not your. Hope you know what is KRA.
