Can any one provide me the sample/draft letter to intimate the left/resigned employees to collect their unclaimed Bonus. Our company wants to inform all those left employees to collect their bonus by sending them the letter at their communication address.

Dear Anirudh
Please write a simple letter addressed to your ex-employees or his legal heir in simple language, that you have worked with our organisation from________ (date) to ________ (date). Organisation has declared percentage of (8.33% to 20% whatever your company declares) bonus for the year _____ - _____. The total bonus amount ________, for which we have attached a cheque to that effect.
You can attach the cheque with that and send the same to the concerned ex-employee through courier service, so that you can have the records for despatching the bonus cheques.
Further make a note on the Form C (Bonus Register) that for the employees left the organisation, the cheques has been couriered. Please write the cheque number and date of cheque and the courier register number also will give further support to your documentation.
