Company is not paying 20 days of salary during 90 days of probation after paying 1st month salary after resign
I joined a pvt. ltd. company on 12may23 after getting offer letter. there was probation of 90 days. i asked for appointment letter after joining so hr said you will receive appointment letter after completion of probation period of 90 days which is generally given after 15 days of joining. i got salary of may23 month. on 20jun23 founder of company asked me to resign else company will terminate me that will be negative for my career so i resigned and got relieved from my duties on same day by handing over assets laptop and the work source code i did so far. hr didn t ask me to serve notice period. hr didn t tell that they are not going to pay me salary for 20 days of june and experience/relieving certificate. i waited for salary date 5th of subsequent month 5jul23 i didn t received any salary. i called hr so they are saying we are startup and we have to streamline funds so we can t pay your salary. is serving notice period necessary to get paid salary of days i worked before resignation ? please let me know where i am wrong or what proof/evidences more needed to get paid my 20 days of salary ?
Due salary - they are not paying my salary - 38 days salary is pending
I have joined on 11th october 2013 in an ad agency. they have not provided me any appointment letter. they have paid a salary by cheque for the month of october on 11th november. but on dec 7 2013 they told me to discontinue the job. after that they are not paying my salary for november and dec 7 days that means 38 days salary is pending with them.
How to release pending salary.
Hi. can any body suggest me if a employee resign from a company . and that company ask employee to wait till 45 days . for fool n final process. now after completing the said period by company it almost 3 months passed to resign. now company is not ready to clear the employee 's pending salary. and making so many excuse to transfer the salary amt. so how a employee can claim the pending salary? please suggest.
Pending salary and gratuity of employees

Non payment of salary during probation period
Dear sir i had joined a pvt. company on 25 jan 2016 worked with this company till 23 june 2016. the company has terminated me on the basis of my efficiency and deducted 15 day salary saying that company has invested time and money on you . so we have right to deduct salary of 15 days initial training period . the company has provided mt notice period for 15 days to hand over all my working to my reporting manager on 9 june 2016. sir i have already served 15 days notice period and hand over all my workings to my senior and reporting manager on 23 june 2016. after 60 days on 23 august company called me for fnf and showing my details of deduction and paying me only 8 days salary . only my june month salary is due for 23 days including 1 casual leave and 1 unpaid leave before the notice period served to me i.e. 9th june 2016. sir no where mentioned that your amount will be deducted during notice period or probation period when company terminate the contract please sujjest me right path to take legal action to the company management. accoring to me my salary would be 11500 rs. only but company is ready to pay only 4000rs . only thanks and regards naveen gupta

Dear all i have been working since june 2012 in turbo machinery engineering industries raipur unit . since january 2014 compnay did not pay salary . my pending salary is rs9.0 lacs . before ten days company annaounced that there is no pending dues for their employee . so how can i collect salary from them please advise me.
