first read foreign authors, they write to the point....

indians beat around the bush and write lengthy chapters on a small topic..

Pick up "eastern economy editions", from Tata Mcgraw hill.. they are priced arnd 300-400..

pick books depending on the your interests, no point in spending money and wasting time on a subject if one doesnt feel comfortable with the same.

in south delhi, "Ber Sarai Market" ahs arnd 2-3 booksellers with good stock of books...

try All India Management Association at Lodhi Road.... they hv Phd programmes too, and thye hv a well stocked library too.

the fee for membership is approx 1000/- pa ....

best would be take a
life membership of AIMA at 10,000/-

these days if you have membership of AIMA or DMA then an MBA can open an office at home otherwise he is not classified as a professional by the MCD...

dont take DMA's membership as their stock of books is even lesser than an average mBA student approx 50-100

i did my MBA from Lal Bahadur shastri, several yrs ago, at that point of time, i used to buy 2-3 books for every subject but now i find it a total waste... as there are several which i havent read till date.....

let me know if you need further help,
