D/s can any one suggest me what is the correct/legal method of fixing pay after promotion in psus. for example any nonexecutive employee get promotion in executive cadre in his/her organization. his/her basic was in non executive cadre was rs.24000/ pm.and he is being selected for e2 grade in the pay scale of rs.20600 40000/. my question is what would be his basic after promotion and how this can be fixed. kindly guide me what is correct method according to law and in promotion what is protected? basic payment or gross payment kindly throw light on this?
