This problem has been faced us in almost 40% cases. Nowdays canddiates applying accross all levels have been found submitting forged documents like fake payslips,educational certificates,appointment, increment and relieving letters.
This problem needs to be tackled at intial stage to avoid further problems in future.
HR needs to develop a EAGLE's VISION while scrutinising employment forms and supporting documents submitted by the candidate at the time of interview.
If you have doubt you can get the refernce check done through a third party agency.
This will save your time and energy and book such candidates on time before they join.

Sub: reply to fake experience
Sometimes the verification results can also be manipulated. The safest is to dial the land line number from the website and proceed further. If website is not available then we can use a Just Dial or a Sulekha database.

HR should thinks few things while before taking any action on fake candidate
1. Whether employee is satisfying organization goals or not?
2. Whether employee having technical stuff as equal to 2 years worked employee or not?
3. If we fire the employee, whether we will loose good worker or not?

Thanks for your feedbacks & comments.There is no meaning to fire the employee after joining as it spoils his life. Also today all employees shows some data which is fake.

Post: I have seen all this comments still i fell Fake candidate should be black listed so that other candidates should get a chance.here i will give you one simple example to all, one candidate name is: smita lenka DOB: 16/05/1983 PAN NO: AEJPL6937L PASSEDOUT YEAR: 2008 only woked for 8 months yana software may 2013 to jan 2014 that to they removed this candidate as they merged with other company still this candidate showing all exp. from 2008 to till date now selected by some other comp. with good salary but there my question is how you guys are selecting at list jioning time you should ask for all previous form 16 if not at least bank statement and after that do the verification for the same. Requesting all you that such type of candidate should be black listed otherwise it affect the new generation. They will stop study and will depend on fake certificate or will depend on this kind of fake person so that they will give him/her way to become fake. Thanks All

Would u have given him the job without experience.
Is he competent enough to work at the post.
I see a lot of these lately, only experienced candidates needed, there are like million unemployed grads in India because of reluctant and sloth like selection.
I am unemployed.
I had opportunities where companies wanted me to reverse engineer control boards, crack a uC code and data protection to get the program inside the chip.
Does anyone have any idea how hard it is? they offered me to pay 8k a month. but offering anyone with experience certificate 15k/mnth for the same job.
Do u think companies act within moral boundaries.
Not just that this unrealistic paradox of selecting experienced candidates have driven all the inexperienced freshers to IT industry.
Is this the way to treat our country's youth, turning them into a room dwelling, screen faced slobs.
I need something to spearhead my career. what do u think i would do/should do.

Please don't put someones name with these govt id proof...You spoiling someone's career of this candidate, who is not showing fake experience as per contact with the companies. We have google's blacklist global data where this candidate is perfectly in safe zone. Also HR do Background Verification with there BG team. You are legally wrong and candidate can instructed to File an FIR so that company can collect IP Address and Information of this mail id.FIR will be issue to you once case will be filed..It is wrong to provide someones wrong/incorrect info and play with there career. As it is also given in the CITE HR terms and conditions clearly. We are HR team and we know our work. We do BG and its perfectly works for us.
