How and where to report a fake experience?
Hi all can some one please provide some information regarding the below: 1. how and where to report incidents of employees working with fake experience. 2. how can we get information of company hr s to report these incidents. 3. if reported will a necessary action be taken on such cases. 4. will companies knowingly encourage fake experience profiles because i have reported one such incident to one of the top indian it company around 3 months back but no action has been taken on employee with fake experience.
Removing fake experience from resume
Hi i have joined my 1st companya with 1 year fake experience. after working for around 4 years in company 'a' i resigned from company 'a' and joined company 'b'. i have not shown my fake experience in company 'b' and joined with only 4 years of real experience. after working for around 2 year in company 'b' now i am moving to company 'c'. i am showing only real experience of around 6 year 4 year in company 'a' and 2 year in company 'b'. my question is that is there any chance that during background check company 'c' will know about my fake work experience from company 'a'? during background check do they check only duration salary designation in my previous companies or do they ask about the experience with which i joined company 'a' and company 'b' ? even though i have removed my fake experience from my resume long back and i am not going to mention it in future can i face a problem because of my fake experience? please reply to my query
Put fake exp ,tell the truth in interview
Hi all for the past 1 year i have been trying for job in sap as a fresher but no callsno interviews.i know showing fake experience is unethical but i dont have any alternative.after showing fake experience now iam getting callsbut still i feel guilty.friends i have some questions. 1. if suppose i tell the truth in interview that i have shown fake experiencewhat would be the interviewer s reaction? will accepting the fake go negative against me? 2.whether i should accept the fake in technical round itself? or maintain the fakeprove myself strong in technical round &then accept the fake in hr round? 3.some of my friendswho have shown fake and well settled in mnc s are telling that during interview u should never accept as fake i.e. u should act confidently as a real experienced guy.even if the interviewer come to know that u r a fake guy but seeing ur confidence level he/she will select u ? is it true? friends particularly interviewer s hr s please give me ur valuabe solutions.other s suggestions are also welcome.

Hi friends greetings i am facing a problem currently in our firm; i am looking for your ideas to help me out in facing this problem. the problem is all about fake profiles with fake experience. as a hr how can i find out fake profiles off course i am able to make out the difference between fake and real experience with my experience...the employees who are more experienced than me are doing it in more professional way. please seniors i am looking for your ideas. to do my job in a better way regards avani.

Whether companies have right to put in black list, of any body caught on fake experia
Actually my friend had given information about his experience in previous company that he is working till now in that company. but actually he had worked only for 2.5 years and he put 1 more year. he had applied with that fake experience for one company. they had asked him details about offer performance review letter and pay slip for releasing offer letter. and he had send offer and performance review letter only. and they came to know he put fake experience and he didn t get offer letter. finally we heard that the only company having right that they can put blacklist for not getting job any where in india if any any applied with fake experience. is really company s having right to put candidates in blacklist if any body applied with fake experience. please help us in this regard.
