The ESIC and EPF is mandatory to the industries according to Factories Act 1946.As per legal and Statutory Complaisance, You do not have the option to go for ESIC or EPF. Both is compulsorily. More over it is giving benefit to employees also. So don't hesitate to provide this facilities. You Should Convince your Management.
If you are exempted when you can provide more benefit than ESIC and EPF scheme for your employee.
So it is must to give both benefit to your employees.
