I was wondering if anyone could help me with suggestions on what to include in an Employee Engagement Plan specifically designed for Sales Employees operating from multiple locations worldwide. It has to be more than appreciation email templates or online vouchers- looking at a business impact prospective.
If there anything that has been implemented or any suggestions ?

We sent 7 Habits book, Audio CDs and DVD to the sales team at different locations and then ran a 90 day follow up on that. Employees were supposed to share their learning and how it helped them in their personal and professional lives. It went very well....
