I am working on a case analysis on attrition in pharma companies. Pls tell me how to make best use of the numbers given in the appendix, in terms of attrition rate in each dept, attrition based on length of servise, and also, graphs on job satisfaction, etc.

I saw this posting from you on citehr.com ... the appendix that contained data wasn't available.
Attrition has created much din not only in Pharma but other companies. A variety of analytics is available to address attrition and also create a predictive model using Data Mining Tools & Techniques.
You may consider to send in your appendix data to my id. May be I will be able to give you some input & methods to analyse attrition data.
