Hi Everyone, I am working for a Petrochemical Company in the HR Dept. for the past 4 years. I am obsessed with everything in Human Resources.
Recently, I have been appointed as HRMS Functional Team Leader - ERP (R12). I am a very career-oriented person. I just had a few doubts about where I need all the possible help I can. Is this experience going to help me in my HR career or to say in getting a better placement?
How valuable is the ERP (HRMS) experience in the market today???
I really appreciate the maximum help I can get out of this. Please guys give me all the advice you have.
Thanks to all

Hi,
I think it's a really good exposure that you're gonna get through this ERP implementation. ERP is one of the most happening things, and as far as my experience and knowledge goes, if you're involved in the implementation, that's because your company feels you're knowledgeable about the process that you are nominated as a key-user. That simply means, either you are, or, you are going to be a Subject Matter Expert of your function..
All the best.
