my name is Niharika Singh i have done my MBA(HR)currently i am working as a customer relationship executive in HCL(Noida).my major concern is that now as i am pregnant so i have to leave my job so please suggest me what should i do.
1.Should i pursue a course in 2.HR and upgrade myself?
should i do work from home in HR.

Hi Niharika,
You can apply for work for home option. Even I am looking for same option of working from home. Its not bad to take a gap in ur profession during maternity. As per my knowledge this should not affect ur career as its a imp factor of life for female employee. A good employer will not consider this point when u will be back to ur profile. You can pursue any course specially distance education with avoiding stress and access traveling.
Thanks

Hi Niharika,
Many consultancies are hiring recruiter with work from home and freelancer for IT, non IT recruitment..search with key skills of \"work from home\" in naukari/monster or \"freelance recruiter\" you will get many updated openings. For more details can mail me at [email protected]
Abt Diploma courses i dont have much knowledge...IGNOU might work as distance educa\'n option for u.
