Dear All
I have gone through all the comments. Yes, you are right . I myself running an organisation and giving all the benefits to my employees but I am feeling very hard when senior as well junior employees after getting salary disapear for one or two day. Because of that my clients complain and deduct payment in leu of that. I am in services industry. Now tell what kind of panelty can be impose on these kind of employee under law.

Dear All,
Even I am facing the same problem I have just joined a new company and I am the only HR in the factory. My management do not give any leave to the employees and they deduct pay for every single day leave is taken, no leave policy in place.
I wanted to know what would be the penalty/consequences of this?
My factory is situated in karnataka.
