Dear Amol,
You need to made monthly deduction from employees salary as mentioned below:
For ESI - 1.75% on Gross Wages till 15000/-after 15000/- employees are not eligible for ESI Scheme.
For P.F - 12% on Basic Wages
ESI Provide only sick leave.
Since his joining, employee are eligible for ESI benefits.
Pension fund only after 10 years by P.F. Yes employees can get the pension certificate for his eps a/c and can get the pension.
employer contribution to ESI @ 4.75%
Your point no. 6 is not clear.

I think it is regarding withdrawal of PF accumulation. Any employee can withdraw his PF accumulation after a wait period of 2 months after leaving the job. Regards Shaukat Hussain

Dear Amol
Adding further to what other members have already said, please be aware that the employer's contribution either on P.F or ESIC shall not be deducted from the wages of the employee and only employee's contribution shall be deducted. Aprt from sick ness benefit, ESI also provides for medical bnefit , maternity benefit, disablement benefit etc.

Dear Amol
This regarding your last query:
Once an employee is covered under PF act he has to contribute during the whole service period. He can get advances from PF for Housing/childerens education/dependents marriage etc. but complete withdrawal is not allowed while remaining in same employment .He can withdraw full accumulation only if he resign or leave the current job. During the service Full PF can be withdrawn but it depends on your management, if they re-employ after resignation. Thus, a reasonable break in service is required.
