If not how can I register him in ESI by giving his previous IP details?

Dear HR Mate, No need to register him again, his last I.P no. will work. Just modify his last I.P no. in online data/site and paid his contribution on his old I.P no. Regards, Kamesh

You need to register your company in your ESI S.R.O. after that they will provide you an online user i.d and password. then you need to user this i.d and password on ESIC.
