Donít be in job where you need to compromise your beliefs and principles everyday just to keep your job. It will destroy the fabric of your life. There are ways out of such situations if you only believe it is possible.
Really good one.... But is it really feasible .... becoz in any job or in any organization one has to compromise with these in a way or other.. Correct me if i’m wrong. Regards, Riya

Sorry to take you back guys. Your quote of the day befits my situation. This morning i arrived at work using the second staff bus. Ok to clear up first, i work outside town and we are provided with two staff busses to ferry us to and from town to work every day. Both busses departs early in the mornin at 7:30 and arrive at 8:00 at work. However the second bus starts 2km bihind the 1st bus and they use the same route, thus it slightly arrives later than the 1st bus may be 5-10mins difference. Now my challenge is that the commuters that i use getting in town drops me off on the second bus loading bay and my boss is demanding that i use the first bus therefore have to walk two km every day to get the 1st bus leaving the nearby bus which all other employees are using because i am in HR or else she writes me a warning letter cause i already have a verbal warning. Guys i nid your advice she jus makes life in our department difficult on many aspects, what can i do?

ohk thanks i will try. My problem is that always in our department we are forced to put extra effort even where it is not necessary, coz imagine the bus i am talking about will be carrying more than 75 passengers. By the way my boss is Director HR, who is overally in charge such that she could easily propose to adjust the bus' time but decided that i walk or get a cab to the next station. I jus do not understand why she could be hard on her department, several things are just difficult in our department, she enjoys humiliating people
Nice to see your reply.You need to write your harships and find a suitsble solution.From your point certain amount of professionalism is lacking from your boss and time alone will solve the issue.
I go by avsjai verge, but this is not happening owing to the fact that every one is cared about their individual chair.
