I am also preparing for NET with subject Labor welfare & Industrial Relation(Code 55). It would be really appreciative if you could guide me some books for paper II & III in HR Only.
Apart from this, Please guide me-If i pursue Mphill & Phd in HR;will this help me out to become an OD Consultant (Organizational Development Consultant), 5-6 years down the line?
