It is applicable to Software company. Since Shops Act is a State Act, it is better to refer to the Act of your State whether any exemption has been garnted from all or any of the provisions of the Act by the Governement.. Normally the following registers are to be maintained.
1) Register of employment
2) Register of leave
3) muster roll
4) Leave Book
5) Visit book
