Hi, I am doing my master thesis on the relationship between organizational structure and HRM (human resource management). I am wondering if some of you have some academic and non-academic articles or books that describe this?? My main research question is: how will the way you lead HR-practice be different with a new organizational design/structure in a organization? Mainly how will flatter structures impact how you practice Human resource management. I am looking at how this will impact recruitment, promotion and turnover. Also how it will impact the distribution of salary.
