Hi Deepa
Have a clear idea..... u want to become HR expert or Personnel Management expert.
All these statutory jobs even a statutory consultant can do. We can hire a consultant to take care of all the mentioned, but
as a HR (Master of Human Resources) you need to focus on Strategies, Policies etc.
Stratagies includes solving the problems with proper plans like controlling attrition, Employee satisfaction, PMS, Balance Score Cards etc.
Polocies include the frame work to carry on the routine works as per company policy.
Hope you understand the Importance of HR.
Chills 'N' Cheers

Dear friend,
There is no short cut in HR or any other field to shine without hard work. Being an HR professional, I advise you to make reading an habit & make use of all sorts of interactions at all levels and make it live & healthy. Remember, knowledge is the main thing, along with competency, which all will be accepted & admired... in short, work well and you will certainly shine !!
