Greetings,
Are you looking forward to design a policy that can define guidelines for employing talent who may choose to work with their spouse or a policy that can guide what the organization would gift an employee.
Ideally , non-reporting relationship is maintained, when a couple works for the same firm.
Please share a little more on what are you looking for.

Well Kanika, there is no specific Marriage policy that you are looking for. And until you share more details what policy you want to create or gifting the employee on their marriage etc, you will not be able to get the right things…

Dear Kanika,
Such type of policies are aimed at attracting cream of people and to continue the stay of those who are in the employment. The more the attractions, you introduce, the more will be the motivation the employees get, resulting in their more and more involvement in thier job/performance and helps in identifying themselves with the Organisation. This provides a healthy working atmosphere/culture.
Dont hesitate to introduce such welcoming policies.
Best of luck.

Dear Kanika,
Every company frames a policy according to its location and giving benefits to its employees. It is also one type of retention practice followed by most employers.
As per Marriage Gift Policy of the company, we provide financial assistance by way of Marriage Gift for self- marriage and two children’s marriage to all employees. One month basic salary subject to minimum of Rs.5,100/- and maximum of Rs.51, 000/-.
Extra approval can be taken for an additional gift from Director‘s office should be presented to make their moment memorable:
1. Self : Rs. 11,000/-
2. Daughter’s Marriage : Rs.11,000/-
3. Son’s Marriage : Rs. 5,100/-
This will go a long way in building employer-employee relationship and fostering a new culture of trust and bond with employees.
