This is with the reference of the earned leave policy, there is a slight amendment in the current policy that, one will have to avail all the earned leaves in a given year, this will benefit both the side.
To apply for Earned leave we request you to inform HR well in advance, 30days in case of 7+ days of leaves and 5 days for 2+ days of leaves.
In case any employee not able to avail all the leaves in an year then those leaves will not be forwarded to the next year and will be lapsed.
This policy is embedded keeping in view that every employee should get a break to start up fresh.
