Dear praveen
you need to apply for factory lilcense with form 2.
for this purpose u will have to make the factory layout and building map, testing of equipments, list of machinary, board of resolution, list of directors, district industrial certificate and so on. for this purpose u need to contact with your local labour law consultant.
apart from register your company under ESIC and PF.
if you have 20 or more contractoe members then u need to maintain or buy a RC,
i think without adequate andorsement of local labour law consultant you would be unable to complete all tha statutory compliances.
Thanks

Dear Ruby,
We can't maintain the soft copy, these should be maintained on proper printed format available at stationers and the inspecting authorities also check the printed and manually updated one.
You can maintain these in soft copy only for information.
Will attach the soft copies later,
rgds,
Ashi Rana
