Am working in and IT company since this is my first corporate exposure need help in HR activities. I require the list & the format of joining documents ie., what are the documents should we collect from the candidates on the first day and also the documents & forms we are suppose to give (as a company) to the new joinee. Also may be there are some forms what we should get signed by the new joinee.
I request, if any one can help with this list and the format of these forms & letters. and also checklist listing key activities needed during enrollment / induction of new joinee which includes induction program, Hand Holder assigned ect.
