Am in process of finalizing the Leave Policy.
Please advise on the applicable Privilege/ Earned Leave, Casual Leave & Sick Leave applicable under UP Shop & Establishment Act-UP.

Dear Priya As per U P shop and establisment act yeraly entitlement is as given below. privilage leave-15 casual leave — 12 sick leave — 12

Request you to advice on the sick and casual leave... as i have come across the UP shop & establishment act which says sick leave is 15 days and casual leave is 10days.
We as a software development company as i understand are covered under the commercial establishments.
