HR Manager
Hello sir,
I\'m Shobhana Srivastava recently i have joined an advertising company as a HR & Admin manager.My problem is that recently this company has been incorporated as a pvt ltd. but still there has been no any policies maintain, now i have this assignment to formulate company policies,as per your knowledge in previous time there was no any hr please send me some suggestion or attachment for formulating policies,i\'m highly obliged to you.

Dear Shobhana,
Try to get the HR manuals from your friend's/collegues or your old company HR policies.
What ever the policy you make it has to be approved by Finance department so kindly take the help of Finance dept. where ever required.
other things you go by the respective state act.
