Hello Seniors
I have 4 year of BPO work exp. currently I'm working for MNC.
I'm in a plan to move to another company with different role
My current drawn ctc is 2.6 laks,I'm looking for 100% hike like arround 5 laks.
How to ask them? and most of HR asking " why are you looking for 100% hike" wat is the reason? I dont have any answer to convince them... I need your help and I should get at lease 80% from my current slry.

no one will give you 100% of Hike in any company but some time the company needed very argent to fill the post then only you can Ask 100% Hike

And more over if ask something more every one asking why you need? giving explanation like we have so n so person's ready to work less than wat I'm expecting. so there any better way to negotiate with them or convince.

Hikes are calculated directly on the revenue change brought in by the new hire. Please share how will you bring in a difference in the revenue of the project or process you are been hired for.
There are few other reasons why a talent acquisition team would offer a considerable hike. Relocating to a place with higher standard of living require a fair pay. A niche talent or a professional upgrade with an added certification or a degree may contribute to the reasons for a hike.
Incase you match any of these reasons , you can request for a hike respectively.

If you are willing to share, you may consider sharing any recent conversation , primarily the probing questions asked and the answers that you provided them. It would help us sort it out for you.

If you are confident about your work, if you are experienced and believe that you have played a really important role for your employer and you can do more then this for your new employer with the same enthusiasm and creativity, you can certainly ask them for this hike..
Do now ask other for the answers what you dont even ask to yourself. We dont know about you, what you have done and what you believe and what you are intended to do but can answer this question to consider ourselves.

Have you improved your educational qualifications ? Have you acquainted yourself with adequate and required skills in your field. whatever it is everything calculated (including salary and designation) is depends on you and your skill like communication skill, your knowledge about work and your attitude towards the work, do you think you have the capability to get 100% hike from your current salary, if it is "Yes", then just go with this , present and make them understand about you ,your skill and you how much value to xxxxxxx organization infront of an interviewer within a limited period of time...
