How do these points justify our reports?
17 Total mandays attendance of housekeeping during Dec 2011 140
18 Total Housekeeping bill payment(including Service Tax 10.30%) 31038

Dear Sir,
Now a days HR Report is a must in all concerns. Reports may be daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
Information Regarding Recruitment of employees, Man days, Machine utilization, Production targets-Contribution of HR. Absenteeism, Long absentees, problems, grievances, solutions, wages, incentives, Disciplinary actions. Union demands, negotiations etc. (A to Z) day to day matters of HR to be mentioned in the HR Report. Compliance reports. This will be known as MIS Report.
There is no prescribed format. The Co. may prescribe some Format, You have to fill and submit.

Good to see your opinion here and in other threads as well. It's good to put an opinion towards a point, however you should also aware what you are writing and in which context.
Frankly, I didn't see any logical connection between your opinion and the threads. HR affairs are sensitive and deeply sensitive. Please do not generalize with hay-way opinions, however you are welcome with a concrete information always.

In this regard I just need your valuable vies on the following my points on which I need some understanding
1.Total absent mandays during the month (on roll & off roll)
2.No. of mandays pay leave (on roll & off roll)
3.No. of mandays without pay leave (on roll & off roll)
4.Total Overtime Cost/late sitting
5.Total Overtime Hours
6.Total mandays attendance of housekeeping during the month
7.Total Housekeeping bill payment(including Service Tax 10.30%)

You are talking about point number 15..
i want to claear that thing. we give late sitting allowance to staff members. and paid overtime to others workman. so the value u are looking in ponit 15.
this is total expense what incurred on late sitting and overtime.
its not a matter you also divide in two forms i.e 1. overtime cost & 2. late sitting allowance of paricular month.
And points 17 refers that we have housekeeping six personnel on contract basis. so contractor provide us bill against the housekeeping service.
Firstly we give him total mandays attendnce of each month at the end.
Then on this base contractor give the bill payment.
so there is nothing to think deep.

You are confusing with on roll & off roll.
i would like to suggest you that every company has its own personnel policy. they hire a employees on roll basis and off roll basis.
in roll basis the employees pf & esi and welfare amount is deducted.
and in off roll ther is nothing llike on roll, because company saved his esi & pf contribution behalf of employer side.

as you said you didnot see any logical connection between the thrreads and the opinion. so why donot you try put your own real thraeds regarding this report.
that will better. Every company makes the report according their personnel policy and what activities they are following.
If comapny making the HR Report in short manner then it doesnot mean that there is no logical connection.
I know the aforesaid HR Report is good for those who vanish in making HR Report.
In above mention HR Report there may be added so many issues.
and iam waiting for your HR Report..
