Please his contractor and ask him whether they have registered him with ESIC or not bcz he is eligible for this too. Hope you know about that he is getting his salary from his Contractor and they are responsible for these things directly.

It is rite, Esic contribution will be deducted till ur gross salary is 15000 per month. if u cross this limit, Esic is not applicable...

Have you been referred to ENT expert at ESI hospital? If you are being treated at ESI dispensary, you may request your IMO to refer you to ENT expert at ESI Hospital in your city and if you are already being treated there then you may request the expert to refer you to still higher hospital. Alternatively, you may consult a private ENT specialist and then take the prescription to the ESI expert requesting him/her to prescribe you the same medicines form ESI. That wayt you will be able to save on expenses on medicines but you may not avail consultant fees.
